Time is valuable. There will be a 15 minute grace period for all customers. If you can not make your appointment please reschedule (forfeit deposit). Any No Call, No Show is subject to a $25 charge next appointment. 

72 hours required to cancel your appointment by email, phone or text. Failure to cancel within the 72 hours your deposit will not apply to your next rescheduled appointment. All appointments are first come first serve basis. 

All deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of any balances due at your time of service via Cash, Zelle or Cash App ($destinynatural).

Unless being serviced leave your extra guests at home. It's against the law to record someone without their permission. Please, do not do so.  

We do our best to follow recommended safety guidelines to help the spread of COVIDー19. Mask is required, hand sanitizer is provided and we disinfect all touched items and tools throughout the day. If your feeling sick stay home. If you have been exposed to COVIDー19 please follow the CDC guidelines, quarantine and make sure you test negative before scheduling a appointment. If you have an appointment already booked and need to reschedule please do so as soon as possible.  Thank You!
